Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the ChatPDF mobile application ("App") operated by Can Taşpınar ("us," "we," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App allows users to add web links, YouTube URLs, and documents (files) and ask questions related to those contents. Users are solely responsible for the content they add and the questions they ask.
The App offers a free tier that provides daily credits to ask questions, with each question consuming one credit. Additionally, we offer a monthly Pro plan subscription that allows users to ask unlimited questions. Payment for the Pro plan subscription is handled by Apple in-app purchases.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your use of the App.
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Can Taşpınar and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App.
In no event shall Can Taşpınar be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms by continuing to use the App after the effective date of the changes.
